In late 2024, First Bus approached us with a unique idea: create content featuring players from the Bristol Pitbulls ice hockey team learning how to drive a bus at the Hengrove depot.

We proposed a multi-camera, long-form video designed to be both interactive and entertaining, with the flexibility to repurpose the footage into engaging short-form content for social media.

Throughout the editing process, we worked closely with First Bus to ensure the final product struck the right balance - fun and light-hearted, whilst still aligning with their brand messaging and objectives of encouraging people to become bus drivers.

Final deliverables included:

• An 11-minute feature video for YouTube

• A short-form reel for socials

• Two custom thumbnails designed to ensure strong click-through rates

• An album of promotional photos

This collaboration resulted in a memorable piece of content that connected audiences with both First Bus and the Bristol Pitbulls in a fresh and unexpected way.
